How pricing actually works

Artvizon is credit-based, and the system is deliberately simple: you buy credits once, they never expire, and every generation shows you its cost before you confirm. No subscription is required to start, the subscription plans exist for teams that generate regularly and prefer a monthly allowance over one-off packs.

What a video costs depends on three things you choose at generation time: the AI model, the duration, and the resolution. A short single-clip render costs a fraction of a multi-chapter 36-second ad on a premium model, which is exactly why the price is shown up front, per generation, rather than hidden behind an average.

If you are here to evaluate: the one-time €5 intro offer produces your first video without any other commitment, and if a generation ever fails for a technical reason, the credits come back automatically. The refund terms for unused credit packs are in the FAQ below. For practical ways to stretch a credit pack further, see getting the most from your credits.

Questions people ask before paying

What exactly is a credit?

A credit is a unit of generation, not a unit of time or a number of videos. Credits are consumed when a video is rendered, in proportion to what that render actually costs us: a longer video on a premium model consumes more than a short clip on a standard one. That is why we show the cost of a specific generation before you confirm it, rather than advertising a flat number of videos per pack that would be true for only one configuration.

Why does the same length cost different amounts?

Because the model matters as much as the duration. Video models are priced very differently by the providers who run them, and a premium model that renders at 1080p costs several times what a standard 720p model costs for the same number of seconds. Rather than hide that behind an average price and quietly steer you to the cheapest model, we pass the choice to you and show what each option costs.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits bought in a pack stay on your account until you use them. There is no monthly reset on packs and no clock running against you, which is the main reason the packs exist alongside the subscription plans.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits are returned automatically, and you are told in the chat that it failed and why, in plain language. A failure is our problem to absorb, not yours to pay for. If the refund has not appeared after a few minutes, open a support ticket and we will correct it by hand.

What does the €5 offer actually include?

One short video, generated from your own product, so you can judge the result on something you care about instead of on a demo reel. It is a one-time offer, not a trial that turns into a subscription, and nothing is charged again afterwards unless you choose to buy credits or subscribe.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You can work entirely on credit packs and never subscribe. The plans exist for people generating regularly, where a monthly allowance works out better than repeated one-off purchases, and they can be cancelled at any time from your billing page.

Who owns the videos?

You do. Everything you generate can be used commercially, on product pages, in organic posts and in paid campaigns, and the files stay yours after a subscription ends. Payments run through Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
